Timothy Ministries is a discipleship and training initiative dedicated to equipping young men who have surrendered to the call of ministry and preaching. Rooted in the example of the Apostle Paul mentoring Timothy, this ministry seeks to guide and shape those who feel called to serve God through preaching, shepherding, and gospel work. The program emphasizes both spiritual formation and practical ministry, creating an environment where young preachers can grow in their understanding of biblical truth, sound doctrine, and personal holiness.
The ministry offers two distinct tracks: the Intern Track and the Apprenticeship Track. The Intern Track provides young men with short-term, focused exposure to church life, sermon preparation, and ministry responsibilities under close guidance. The Apprenticeship Track is a more immersive, long-term commitment that places participants directly under the mentorship of experienced pastors. Apprentices walk alongside their mentors in real-life ministry situations—visiting the sick, counseling the hurting, preparing sermons, and leading in worship—gaining first-hand insight into the weight and beauty of pastoral work.
At its core, Timothy Ministries exists to preserve the integrity and power of the pulpit by passing down biblical ministry practices from seasoned pastors to the next generation of faithful preachers. The program fosters deep, Christ-centered relationships between mentors and mentees, creating a legacy of faithful shepherds who are not only theologically sound but also spiritually mature and practically equipped.
