Nicole and her husband, Adam Sloan, are residents of Soso, MS, and they have one son, Gabriel Sloan. She is an active member of Big Creek Baptist Church where her husband is the pastor, and she has served with him throughout his ministry in leading Bible Study classes for the children and youth, teaching adult Sunday School classes, and with secretarial duties.

Nicole graduated from Mississippi College in 2007 with a B.S.Ed. in Social Studies Education and she taught in both public and private schools until 2017 when she and Adam made the decision to homeschool their son. She was also a karate instructor and the treasurer / event planner for the Mississippi Karate Association for several years. When the position for secretary of the Missions Office became available, Nicole and Adam both felt that this was where God was calling her at this point in life. She is excited about this new chapter and is glad to be able to serve the Lord and the BMA Of Mississippi in this position. Nicole hopes to utilize her management and organizational experience along with her planning skills to help aid our missionaries and association with staying connected and informed.
