The missionary coach/training implemented by Bro. Geraldson has become a valuable resource to the church planters of the BMA of Mississippi Missions Department. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. The coaching/training has enabled us to fill these voids and bolster their strengths, thus making the entire missions’ effort more efficient.
We have recently added Church Discipline to our training, which is something that seems to be missing from many churches today. Planting doctrinally sound churches isn’t necessarily the easiest way to plant a church but I believe it is imperative that we give our missionaries every tool necessary for doing so.
