Every week we can witness our Lord's promises and blessings on the mission field. The Hispanic work in our state continues to share the gospel and as a result, more people are hearing the good news of salvation in Jesus. We are excited about what God is doing in the Hispanic ministry, currently, and that activities are returning to normal.
Jesus said: "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them" (Mathew 18:20). This promise has been the strength in the Hispanic Mission in Canton. Bro. Lucas Gomez remains faithful to God and the plan He has given him to continue planting the Hispanic church in that area where we are beginning to see more people in worship meetings.
Bro. Lucas is discipling new people who have been saved in recent weeks. The members in this congregation are being faithful in supporting the activities of the work, by strengthening themselves with the promise of the Lord Jesus. We ask for your prayers for this field in Canton, as well as, in the other missions points (Gulf Coast, Tupelo, Oxford) that the doors will continue to open to the gospel of our Lord Jesus.
