Relax and Refresh: This retreat is designed to give ministers an opportunity to be themselves while enjoying great food, good facilities and wonderful times of music and worship. Your time is your time! Events and services are scheduled, but you decide on whether or not to attend all or none of them; it's up to you!
Cost: $80.00 per guest- This includes snacks, drinks, five hot meals and two nights of lodging. (Should you desire to attend and cannot afford it, contact Paul White or Ken Beaver for special scholarships.)
- You will need to bring your bedding and personal items such as towels and soap, etc.

Tuesday, March 28: (Schedule is tentative)
- 12:00 PM- 5:00 PM: Arrival and Registration- As you register, you will be given an opportunity to place your name in a pot (new preachers who have been preaching for less than three years will have a pot of their own.) Each day we will draw our speakers from this pot so, bring your best sermon and leave your tie at home. This is a great opportunity to be encouraged and to be an encouragement to your brethren.
- 6:00 PM- 7:00 PM: Dinner
- 7:00 PM: Worship/Singing (Worship Center)- Open with singing and specials, 1st Speaker (senior), Special in Music, 2nd Speaker (newbie), Testimony, 3rd Speaker (senior)
Wednesday, March 29:
- 8:00 AM- 9:00 AM: Breakfast
- 9:00 AM: Devotional (Worship Center)
- 9:30 AM: Activities- Pistol and .22 Rifle Marksmanship, Hammer Toss, Axe Throwing, Team Horseshoe games, Bean Bag Toss, Free Throw Contest, and a Ping Pong Tournament.
- 12:00 PM- 1:00 PM: Lunch
- 1:00 PM- 2:00 PM: Free Time
- 2:00 PM- 4:00 PM: Worship Service (Worship Center)- 4th Speaker (newbie), Song Special, 5th Speaker (senion), Breakout Prayer
- 4:00 PM- 6:00 PM: Free Time
- 6:00 PM- 7:00 PM: Dinner
- 7:00 PM: Worship (Worship Center)- 6th Speaker, Song, Last Speaker
