Larry Barker is Vice President of Strategy and Training at BMA Global and he is passionate about church health and church planting. As part of his role, Larry directs Healthy Church Solutions, a ministry arm of BMA Global, and co- hosts Healthy Church Podcast.

Barker has pastored, planted churches, served as missionary to Romania, and most recently pastored at Cornerstone Baptist in Jacksonville, Texas. His heart is ministering to, shepherding, and equipping pastors and leaders. He and his wife Shelby are often on the road traveling to churches, facilitating trainings, encouraging pastors, and hosting round table discussions.
